3-D Scanning of Complex Environment
The Minnesota Department of Transportation turned to KLJ for a comprehensive survey of a complex and critical intersection in Duluth, Minn. The roadway, a busy interchange of Mesaba Avenue and West Michigan Street, could not realistically be shut down for the amount of time necessary to complete a traditional topographic survey.
