Big Sky Energy Forum to Expand Economic Opportunities in Montana

KLJ and Big Sky Economic Development, Yellowstone County’s economic development arm, are pleased to announce the Big Sky Energy Forum on Wednesday, May 8 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Billings, Mont.

The Forum will bring together regional community and business leaders to discuss current and potential economic opportunities related to energy growth in Montana. “We are pleased to partner on the Big Sky Energy Forum. The state of Montana is flourishing and full of economic opportunities. The conference will help lead the way to a prosperous future for the state of Montana,” said KLJ Chief Executive Officer, Niles Hushka.

Industry experts will convey updates regarding current development in Montana and upcoming or changing state and federal policy and community leaders will discuss ways similar energy-impacted communities successfully navigated through change resulting in economic prosperity. “The Forum will include ways to expand opportunities in Montana and increase economic development enhancing the quality of life for the state. The Forum is an incredible opportunity to learn about the energy industry and enhance your community” said Steve Arveschoug, executive director, Big Sky Economic Development.

Big Sky Energy Forum is open to the public. Early registration is discounted to $79 through April 12, then $99 until May 7 and $119 day-of registration. Prior to the Forum, the event will include an Executive Roundtable dinner and a keynote speaker on the evening of Tuesday, May 7.

The Big Sky Energy Forum offers opportunity for local companies to advertise services during the event though a corporate sponsorship. Openings are still available for Platinum, Gold, Silver and break sponsorships. All sponsors receive a presence throughout the Forum.
