Joshua Clark and Caitlin Wotruba Promotion

KLJ  is pleased to announce the promotion of two employees in the Transportation group. Joshua Clark and Caitlin Wotruba have been promoted to Team Leaders in Minnesota.  

Joshua Clark has been promoted to Roadway Team Leader in Eagan, Minn. He is an engineer with seven years of civil engineering experience in transportation, utility coordination, heavy civil design, and flood protection for both private and public sector projects. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and holds MnDOT certifications in Signal and Lighting Design and Intelligent Transportation Systems Design. He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of North Dakota. 

Caitlin Wotruba was promoted to Roadway Team Leader in Eagan, Minn. She is a civil engineer with a decade of design experience in signing, pavement marking, traffic control, signal design, lighting design, and construction administration. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, North Dakota, Colorado, Montana, and South Dakota and holds a MnDOT Signal and Lighting Certification. She earned bachelor's degrees in civil engineering and surveying engineering from Michigan Technological University.
