Community Land Solutions Joins the KLJ Engineering Team

KLJ is pleased to announce the addition of the Community Land Solutions team to the company, and specifically, to their survey practice. Community Land Solutions brings KLJ decades of land management experience, specializing in local government land services.   

Together as KLJ, the two firms will bring expanded survey capacity and capability to Central Minnesota, focusing on infrastructure projects in the area. “This partnership aims to enhance the services each of our firms provide to our communities, and we look forward to serving additional clients in Central Minnesota,” said Jackie Dylla, KLJ’s vice president of Environment & Corridor Services.   

Community Land Solutions is based in Annandale, MN, and led by founder and CEO Scott Marlin, who shares KLJ’s drive for community impact and survey expertise. “Community Land Solutions was built on serving the community, and when two companies have shared skills and values, a common mission, and the desire to enhance the communities in which we all live, the partnership just made sense,” said Marlin.
