Foster and Weightman Recognized as Recipients of Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC’s 20 Under 40

KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ), is proud to announce that Cassie Foster and Ashley Weightman have each been selected as recipients of Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC’s 20 Under 40.

Foster serves as an Engineer and Project Manager within the Oil and Gas team while overseeing current projects and supervises KLJ’s pipeline group. Since joining KLJ in 2011, she continually demonstrates innovation, dedication to professional growth, and provides pivotal guidance to her coworkers and clients.

She is highly motivated, skilled in multiple facets, and promotes overall success of the company and empowers development within the Bismarck-Mandan community. Foster has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.

Weightman joined KLJ as an intern in 2013 and displays vibrant energy, continuous enthusiasm, and is a team-player. She is a strong proponent of the firm’s culture and KLJ’s drive to be an employer of choice. In her role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Communications Strategist, Weightman not only recruits exceptional talent to the company, but she also exhibits outstanding leadership qualities and provides engagement opportunities that inspire both new and existing team members.  

Weightman is also an active volunteer and member of various community organizations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.
