Four earn Professional Engineering License
KLJ Engineering is proud to recognize four individuals who recently earned their Professional Engineering (PE) Licenses.
Sean Kelly, PE, recently received his PE in Minnesota and North Dakota. Kelly works in KLJ’s West Fargo office and has a wide range of experience including roadway design and construction services. He earned his master’s degree in engineering management from Duke University and a civil engineering degree from North Dakota State University.
Amanda Vetter, PE, recently received her PE in North Dakota. Vetter provides design services to KLJ’s surface transportation team in our Dickinson office location. She specializes in preliminary and final roadway design and modeling, traffic operations analysis, planning studies, intersection design and plan preparation. Vetter has a civil engineering degree from North Dakota State University.
Bryan Tykwinski, PE, recently received his PE in North Dakota. Tykwinski works in KLJ’s Valley City office as a design engineer with experience in environmental documentation, roadway design and construction management. He earned his civil engineering degree from the University of North Dakota.
Mike Hinshaw, PE, recently received his PE in Montana. Hinshaw serves as Market Manager for KLJ’s municipal market working in the Bozeman, MT office. He specializes in hydraulic design and construction including water modeling, hydrological and hydraulic analysis, channel modeling and detention pond design. He received his civil engineering degree from Montana State University along with a BS in accounting from Appalachian State University.
