Oz Khan, a transportation engineer, and planner, in KLJ’s Saint Paul office, has earned his professional engineering license (PE) in Minnesota. His experience includes traffic modeling, traffic impact studies, traffic forecasting, traffic operations, and safety analysis, GIS analysis, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, speed studies, noise analysis, pavement management, asset management, and advanced statistical analysis. 

Khan earned a master’s degree in urban & regional planning and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from Minnesota State University in Mankato. He is a member of the North Central Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (NCITE), American Planning Association (APA), and MN GIS/LIS Consortium.
