KLJ Welcomes Angelina Palumbo as Public Engagement Strategist

KLJ is pleased to announce that Angelina Palumbo has joined the firm as a public engagement strategist, based in the Eagan, Minnesota, office. 

Palumbo brings more than five years of experience supporting public involvement and community outreach for transportation and infrastructure projects across Minnesota. Her experience includes executing real-time engagement strategies such as door-to-door outreach, hotline and service request coordination, social media monitoring, and community event planning. She has worked closely with businesses, residents, legislators, and public agencies on large-scale transportation initiatives statewide. 

In her new role at KLJ, she will support public engagement strategies that promote meaningful dialogue, address community concerns, and strengthen relationships between project teams, agencies, and stakeholders. “Angelina’s familiarity with the communities we serve in Minnesota and her hands-on experience engaging stakeholders will have a positive impact on our projects,” said Jamie Olson, public engagement team leader at KLJ. “She understands the importance of listening, building trust, and responding thoughtfully to community needs, which aligns directly with how KLJ approaches public engagement.” 

Palumbo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations with a minor in political science from St. Cloud State University.
