KLJ Welcomes Construction Team Leader Josh Kirk

KLJ welcomes Josh Kirk as Construction Team Leader based out of Eagan, MN.  

Josh is a licensed professional engineer with more than 23 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, project management, and operational leadership. He has vast experience overseeing major transit and transportation projects and combining technical expertise with constructability insights. Throughout his career, Josh has led diverse engineering and corporate teams, introduced project management best practices, and supported initiatives including leadership training. He earned his bachelor’s degree in geological engineering and geology from the University of Wisconsin. 

In his new role, Josh will guide KLJ’s construction services team, offering leadership and technical insight to help advance infrastructure projects throughout the region. “Having a dedicated leader in this position plays a key role in how we deliver construction services. Josh’s background and approach align well with our goals to continuously strengthen our team and support our clients’ project needs”, shares KLJ's VP of Construction Management Services,  Ben Dzioba.
