The Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Network has recognized KLJ as one of Bismarck-Mandan’s Top 10 Young Professional Workplaces. The award recognizes local businesses that are committed to recruiting and retaining young professionals. Businesses employing young professionals under the age of 40 were evaluated on criteria related to their strategies advancing employment of young professionals in the community, quality and type of benefits offered and the inclusion of young professionals in the workplace.
