Rob Hogenson Earns Professional Engineer License in North Dakota

KLJ is pleased to announce that Rob Hogenson has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of North Dakota. 

Hogenson is a field engineer in our Construction group based out of Grand Forks, N.D. He has more than 12 years of experience primarily in the civil transportation field. His expertise includes construction inspection, surveying, concrete testing, and aggregate lab work. He has vast experience working with various clients, including counties, cities, and the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT). Additionally, he leverages his construction experience and communication skills to facilitate coordination between contractors, owners, and all project stakeholders leading to successful project outcomes. Hogenson earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University.
