Three Join Delivery Director Team!

We are excited to announce the recent promotion of both Travis Wieber and Shane Steiner, who will now serve as Delivery Directors for Transportation and Aviation, respectively. Additionally, we are pleased to welcome Chris Krafft, who recently joined KLJ as the Telecommunications Delivery Director.  
 
In these roles Travis, Shane and Chris will join Tim Uribe and Luke LaLiberty to effectively transition sales to revenue through successful project delivery. They will work with the production management team to ensure capacity and talent align with project commitments and as a result, we deliver the exceptional customer experience expected from KLJ.   
 
Travis has been with KLJ since 2003 and has served as a senior project manager working in our Transportation market segment, most recently serving as the Principal Market Advisor for Infrastructure. Travis earned his degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, and Montana.  
 
Shane has been working with airport planning and design since 2007 and served in various roles, including project manager and most recently Department Manager for Aviation, where he oversaw staffing, production, and quality control. Shane earned his degree in civil engineering from University of North Dakota and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Dakota and South Dakota.  
 
Chris comes to KLJ with extensive leadership experience in the engineering field and will be working to grow KLJ’s telecom presence across the nation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Chris is a registered Professional Engineer in Kansas and the District of Columbia. He will be working remotely from his home office in Louisburg, KS. 
 
Both Travis and Shane will report to Mark Anderson, VP Environment & Public Works; and Chris will report to Lanny Harris, VP Energy & Natural Resources.
