Todd Ullom Promoted to Environmental Team Leader

KLJ is pleased to announce that Todd Ullom has been promoted to Environmental Team Leader in Minnesota based out of St. Louis Park. 

With more than 32 years of experience in the environmental field, specializing in natural resource studies, wetlands, biological assessments, and surface water evaluations as well as with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), environmental reviews, and permitting. Throughout his career, Ullom has collaborated with various local, state, and federal agencies, across both the public and private sectors developing a deep understanding of regulatory processes and fostering strong working relationships that streamline permitting efforts. His expertise in wetland delineation, permitting, and environmental planning has been instrumental in guiding complex projects across the region. Ullom earned his bachelor's degree in environmental conservation from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
