KLJ Engineering (KLJ) is pleased to announce that Chad Petersen, Senior Project Manager in Valley City, was recently honored with the 2022 North Country Trail Association’s (NCTA) Trailblazer Award. The award recognizes businesses and individuals who represent a forward-thinking vision and demonstrate invaluable support to the NCTA and the North Country National Scenic Trail (NCNST), the longest trail in the National Trail System stretching 4,800 miles across eight states from North Dakota to Vermont.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Route 7 to US Hwy 83 Improvement Project, Phase 1 was honored with the 2022 SDES Black Hills Central Chapter’s Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award.
