PROJECT
KLJ provided services including master planning of roadways, lot layout, and storm water management. The design included platting, design of paved roadways, ditches and storm water retention facilities, construction staking, and construction observation.
SOLUTION
Copper Ridge encompasses approximately 642 acres and was developed under three subdivision plats and constructed in seven phases. In total, the development contains 309 single-family, rural residential lots with individual wastewater treatment systems, approximately 46,000 feet of paved rural section roadways, and nine storm water retention ponds.
RESULTS
Cost of construction was approximately $6 million, excluding land cost. This development provided additional residential options for the area in the newly created neighborhood.
