Weightman began her journey with KLJ in 2013 as an intern and has since established herself as a cornerstone of the company’s talent engagement efforts. With more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, she leads KLJ’s intern program, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience for future professionals while fostering the firm’s culture of innovation and growth. 

In her role, Weightman not only recruits top-tier talent but also champions engagement opportunities that inspire new and existing team members to thrive.
