KLJ is pleased to announce the promotion of John McDunn to Municipal Client Relationship Leader based out of Helena, Montana.

McDunn, a licensed Professional Engineer in Montana, with more than 30 years of expertise in municipal engineering, specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure. His extensive experience includes serving as a project engineer for major municipal projects across the state and contributing to key regulatory initiatives with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). 

Leveraging his dual background in computer science and engineering, McDunn has played a pivotal role in advancing data management systems. He developed the water and wastewater components of the Tax Certification Program, enhancing efficiency through a comprehensive project database and filing system. He also contributed to the development of the Fees, Application, and Compliance Tracking System (FACTS) database, further improving regulatory processes. McDunn holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Montana State University.
