Ben Manibog Promoted to Team Leader – Transportation Planning

KLJ is proud to announce the promotion of Ben Manibog to Team Leader – Transportation Planning, recognizing his experience and leadership in multimodal transportation planning, safety action planning, stakeholder engagement, and equity-focused transportation solutions. 

Ben has nine years of experience leading transportation projects that combine engineering, policy, and community input. He specializes in SS4A Safety Action Plans, corridor studies, and multimodal systems that improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for diverse communities. 

Ben holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning with a Minor in Law from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is AICP certified and a Road Safety Professional 1 (RSP1), with award-winning work recognized for innovation, planning excellence, and equity-focused transportation initiatives.
