Brent Noonan, PE Promoted to Team Leader – Roadway

KLJ is pleased to announce the promotion of Brent Noonan, PE, to Team Leader – Roadway. He brings nine years of professional engineering experience, with expertise in site development and municipal infrastructure, including stormwater management, grading and drainage design, utility coordination, permitting, cost estimating, and construction support. His background includes leading design efforts and contributing to complex site civil projects that support community growth, public services, and long-term infrastructure performance. 

In his new role, he will provide technical leadership and support to site civil project teams while mentoring staff and advancing KLJ’s municipal and land development services. His collaborative approach, strong technical foundation, and commitment to quality align well with KLJ’s values and client-focused approach. 

Noonan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Dakota.
