Ribbens specializes in traffic analysis and transportation planning. With experience in traffic data collection, signal warrant studies, and intersection alternatives, he brings strong analytical skills to evaluating roadway performance and safety. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and technical reporting, he applies industry standards such as MUTCD and AASHTO to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.

This achievement reflects his dedication to advancing his expertise, meeting rigorous professional standards, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions. As a newly licensed Professional Engineer, he will continue to support our clients and communities with elevated responsibility, enhanced technical authority, and a deep commitment to the integrity of his work.
