DeVore Named Young Transportation Professional of the Year

KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ) is proud to announce Joe DeVore was recently named Young Transportation Professional of the Year by the North-Central Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (NCITE).  

DeVore, Traffic Supervisor based in our Saint Paul office, joined KLJ in 2017 and has more than 11 years of experience working with traffic operations including safety, analysis, modeling, and improvements. DeVore, a certified Road Safety Professional 2 (RSP2), is also a registered professional traffic operations engineer (PTOE) and a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Florida, and Wyoming.

The NCITE consists of Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) members and affiliated individuals residing in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The NCITE was organized in 1963 and has grown to include more than 500 members who have roots in the traffic engineering profession.

Throughout 2024, DeVore was also selected to serve as secretary on NCITE’s new section executive board. Congratulations Joe!
