Wade Frank, an engineer at KLJ, earned his professional engineering (PE) license in Colorado.

Frank earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University. He is registered as a professional engineer in Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Florida, and South Dakota. Frank is based in the West Fargo office.
