Two KLJ Team Members Graduate from Emerging Leadership Institute

KLJ is proud to announce that two team members, Shane Steiner and Cassie McNames, have graduated from the American Council of Engineering Companies of North Dakota (ACEC/ND) Emerging Leadership Institute.
Steiner, a professional engineer in the Bismarck office has focused on airport planning and design since 2007. McNames, a professional engineer, in the West Fargo office has more than 13 years of experience designing civil and utility structures.
The ACEC/ND Emerging Leadership Institute is a three-year high impact program that fosters emerging engineering leaders by imparting skills and competencies identified by top ACEC/ND CEO’s as critical for leadership success.
