Heidi Sedlacek Welcome

KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ), proudly announces the addition of Heidi Sedlacek to our team as a Public Engagement Strategist in Eagan, Minnesota. With more than 24 years of government, engagement, and communications experience Heidi brings a wealth of expertise to KLJ.  

Her experience includes community outreach, program development, policy communication, and crafting holistic internal and external communication strategies. Heidi is an active member of several professional organizations including the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), Minnesota Builders Exchange (MBEX), Minnesota Surveyors and Engineers Society (MSES), and Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She currently serves as a Board Director for MBEX and as the Fall Outing Co-Chair and Scholarship Committee member for MSES. She earned a bachelor's degree in speech communication with an emphasis in public relations from St. Cloud State University. 

In her role Heidi will facilitate conversations to help ensure projects align with KLJ’s commitment to building lasting relationships with the communities we serve and promote community engagement with solutions that make a positive impact. Welcome Heidi!
