Jonathan Tarr Promoted to Client Relationship Leader – Engineering & Planning

KLJ is proud to announce the promotion of Jonathan Tarr to client relationship leader within our engineering & planning group in Englewood, Colorado, recognizing his experience and leadership in comprehensive planning, land use planning, housing strategies, and stakeholder coordination.  

Jonathan brings more than 14 years of professional experience supporting local and state governments, Tribal Nations, and community organizations across the United States. He has led comprehensive plan updates, housing strategies and plans, and infrastructure capacity analyses, delivering solutions that strengthen communities and support long-term growth. 

Jonathan holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University. He is an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)-certified planner and an active member of the American Planning Association.
