KLJ Expands New Mexico Presence with Francine Pacheco as Client Relationship Leader

KLJ is pleased to announce the addition of Francine Pacheco as client relationship leader, where she will support clients and project teams throughout New Mexico.

Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Francine brings more than 11 years of experience in transportation planning, public involvement, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance. She has worked closely with New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) staff, county leadership, and Tribal governments to deliver planning, environmental, public involvement, and engineering services across transportation project portfolios.

In her new role, Francine will focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and helping clients successfully navigate transportation and infrastructure challenges. Her extensive experience in transportation planning, public involvement, and agency coordination enables her to connect clients with the resources, relationships, and strategies needed for project success.

Francine earned a Master of Community and Regional Planning, a Master of Science in Health Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, all from the University of New Mexico. She also earned the NMDOT Tribal/Local Public Agency (T/LPA) Certification and is currently pursuing her Professional Transportation Planner credential.
