KLJ is proud to welcome Gary McSweyn and Kris Garza to the organization

Gary serves as the newest member to our production leadership team as Right-of-Way Department Manager. In this role he oversees the department’s operational footprint and is responsible for execution of day-to-day operations of the staff within the workgroup. Gary joined our team last Monday and works from the Bismarck office. He holds a degree in aerospace airframe and power plants and is IRWA-RWA certified.
 
Kris is a Business Process Manager with Technical Services. She joined the team in December and will be working remotely from Cypress, TX.  In this role Kris will be responsible for design and optimization of KLJ business and support processes to improve customer experience. Specifically, developing, defining, and managing the practices and tools used by the process and applications teams, including SharePoint and other applications. She has years of industry experience and earned a master’s degree in supply chain management from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution engineering from Texas A&M University.
