KLJ WELCOMES BRAD HOLMES AS CONSTRUCTION TEAM LEAD

KLJ is pleased to welcome Brad Holmes as a construction team leader based out of Colorado. Brad brings more than 35 years of experience leading complex heavy civil, roadway, bridge, utility, and infrastructure projects.  

Throughout his career, Brad has built a strong reputation for anticipating risk, minimizing downstream claims, and fostering trusted partnerships with owners, agencies, and subcontractors. His contractor-minded perspective and ownership-focused approach align with KLJ’s culture and commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. 

Brad  earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Sector Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has completed business and engineering coursework at Colorado State University.
