KLJ Welcomes Brook White in South Dakota

KLJ is pleased to welcome Brooke White as a Transportation Client Relationship Leader based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.   

White brings more than two decades of experience in transportation engineering, access management, and public-sector planning. She has supported statewide transportation initiatives through technical documentation, policy review, training, and roadway design from early concepts to bid-ready plans. Her experience also includes leading public hearings, landowner meetings, and project coordination efforts across South Dakota.

White is actively involved in community and professional service, holding leadership roles in regional organizations and local initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in environmental engineering from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
