KLJ Welcomes Kyle Kitchel

KLJ is pleased to welcome a new addition to its Texas team. Kyle Kitchel has joined the company and is based in Greenville, Texas.  

Kitchel joins KLJ as a client relationship leader with the Transportation group. Kitchel has more than 20 years of experience in transportation planning, tribal relations, project management, and program development. His background includes leading teams at the Office of Tribal Transportation within the Federal Highway Administration and serving as a transportation planner and liaison for tribal governments.  

Kitchel is an Osage Tribal Member and a recipient of both the U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary of Transportation Safety Award and the Federal Highway Administration Transportation Planning Innovation Award. He earned his bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning from Eastern Washington University and his associate degree in hydrology and water quality from Spokane Community College.
