KLJ Welcomes Michael Conlee

KLJ is pleased to welcome Michael Conlee who has joined the company as Survey Practice Leader in its Eagan, Minn., office.

Conlee brings more than 20 years of experience in land surveying, field operations, and practice leadership. Throughout his career, he has managed multi-state survey teams, overseen division operations, supported revenue growth, and built strong strategic client relationships. His leadership background includes guiding survey crews serving utility, transportation, aviation, and land development projects, as well as developing training, improving processes, and aligning operations with organizational goals.

His passion for developing high-performing teams, implementing effective processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration has been central to his work. He completed land surveying coursework at Purdue Calumet University and Parkland College.
