KLJ is proud to welcome seven interns into full-time positions across the company following successful internships. Their transition from intern to full-time employee reflects KLJ’s commitment to developing emerging talent and creating meaningful career opportunities across our markets and teams.

These team members bring a strong mix of academic achievement, internship experience, and hands-on project support in areas including engineering, surveying, roadway design, field operations, construction coordination, and project delivery.
