KLJ is pleased to welcome Katie Doody as Regional Operations Director

KLJ is pleased to welcome Katie Doody to our team in Grand Junction, CO. 

Katie is a seasoned program and operations leader with more than 10 years of experience advising public-sector organizations on complex infrastructure, utility, and capital programs.  A U.S. military veteran, she brings a strong foundation in leadership and service to her work. She has successfully led large-scale, multi-year initiatives and partnered with executive leadership to enhance strategy, performance, and service delivery while supporting digital transformation and alternative delivery models. 

Her skillset spans operational excellence, change management, and workforce development, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in both steady-state and high-pressure environments. 

Katie earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
