KLJ is pleased to welcome Sulmaan Khan, PE (MN) as a transportation client relationship leader based in Eagan, Minnesota.  

Khan is a licensed professional engineer with more than 15 years of experience in transportation engineering, project management, and local government coordination. Khan has extensive expertise in environmental compliance, federal and state permitting, and municipal infrastructure planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota.
