Lee Joins KLJ as a Senior Project Manager
KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ) is proud to welcome Frankie Lee to their Bismarck office. 
 
Lee serves as a Senior Project Manager within KLJ’s Municipal team. He has more than 27 years of experience working in tribal relations, consulting, construction and project management, and field operations. Lee has extensive knowledge working with right-of-way (ROW), environmental remediation, and oil and gas projects. He also has long-standing relationships with multiple stakeholders including the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Departments of Transportation (DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and various other organizations.
 
Additionally, Lee is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
