Becky Rosenleaf Promotion
KLJ is proud to announce Becky Rosenleaf has been promoted to government relations team leader. She is based in our Billings, MT location.
Becky is a seasoned government relations professional with just under a decade of dedicated service at KLJ and 35 years of experience specializing in grant writing, public communications, and stakeholder engagement. Focusing on community and economic development, and infrastructure funding, she has been pivotal in fostering public involvement and securing funding for community and Tribal projects. Her commitment to community development is demonstrated by her active involvement in numerous professional organizations including leadership roles on the Billings Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Visit Southeast Montana, and the Montana Economic Developers’ Association.
Recognized for her expertise, Becky received the 2017 Montana ACEC Engineering Excellence Award for the Colstrip Economic Diversification Strategy and the 2018 award for the Lockwood TEDD Infrastructure Master Plan. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from Montana State University-Bozeman. Becky continues to be a vital asset in advancing community planning, economic development, and infrastructure initiatives at KLJ.
