DeVerniero Joins KLJ as Senior Project Manager
KLJ Engineering is proud to welcome Chris DeVerniero as a Senior Project Manager in their Helena, MT office.
DeVerniero joins KLJ’s transportation team and brings extensive experience on wide-ranging transportation-focused projects with DOTs, cities, counties, and Tribal agencies. He has more than 18 years of experience with federal and state transportation policy, risk identification, mitigation strategy development, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidance implementation, planning process development, and transportation studies. DeVerniero brings diverse skills to the KLJ team including transportation asset management, ensuring infrastructure needs are identified, developed, and maintained in the most cost-effective way possible.
DeVerniero earned his master’s degree in transportation policy, operations, and logistics from George Mason University, and his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Montana State University. DeVerniero is a registered Professional Engineer in both Montana and Idaho.
