Stephen Joersz, an engineer at KLJ, has earned his professional engineering license (PE) in Minnesota.

Rohweder, located in KLJ’s Kalispell office, earned a master’s degree in forest resources from the University of Idaho and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Montana State University.

Zeltinger earned an associate degree in civil engineering and land surveying technology from North Dakota State College of Science and is also a Certified Survey Technician Level II. He works in KLJ’s Minot office.

Clum joins us from an extensive career of leading multiple domestic and international business efforts. He has specific experience in energy, water, transportation, and telecommunications infrastructure, as well as conceptual engineering, program management and design-build.

Fritz comes to KLJ with more than 20 years of high-level industry experience. Most recently serving as President and CEO of WBI Holdings, Inc., a pipeline and midstream company.
