We are proud to announce that Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Brent Noonan has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Dakota.

We are proud to announce that Kyle Huffman has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Dakota. Huffman is a civil engineer-in-training (EIT) who provides design, construction, material testing, and survey services to projects. He has worked on various projects ranging from urban to rural settings. Huffman is proficient in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant design, plan production, and utility coordination.

We are proud to announce that Matt Martin recently earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Dakota. Martin is a civil engineer-in-training (EIT) with more than four years of experience.

Oz Khan is based out of KLJ’s Saint Paul, Minnesota location. He is a transportation engineer and planner with experience in traffic operations and safety studies, traffic impact studies, traffic forecasting, traffic modeling and simulation, long range transportation plans, GIS analysis, speed studies, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, pavement management, context-sensitive solutions, asset management, noise analysis, and advanced statistical analysis.

KLJ Engineering is pleased to announce that Ashley Ross has been named a 40-Under-40 award recipient by Prairie Business Magazine. Ross is an environmental planner based in KLJ’s Bismarck, ND office.
