Todd Satter Welcome

KLJ is pleased to announce that Todd Satter has joined the company as a historian  based in Wisconsin. 

Todd is a historic preservation specialist with more than two decades of professional experience supporting the stewardship, rehabilitation, and long-term management of historic buildings and sites. His work focuses on advising public-sector organizations, design teams, and project stakeholders on preservation strategy, regulatory compliance, and design review. 

He brings deep knowledge in evaluating historic significance, guiding appropriate preservation approaches, and aligning projects with applicable preservation laws and standards. “Todd’s experience is a great addition to our Cultural Resources team,” said team leader Ryan Wendel. “His ability to navigate preservation requirements while supporting practical project outcomes will greatly benefit our clients.”
